GMiA Code of Practice receives ACCC authorisation

Today the Generic Medicines Industry Association (GMiA) released its second edition of the Code of Practice as amended by the determination of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

GMiA applied to the ACCC for authorisation of the second edition of the GMiA Code of Practice to continue to formalise the high standards of behaviour adhered to by members.

The authorisation is granted for a period of three years.

GMiA welcomes and encourages feedback from stakeholders. Feedback can be submitted to code@gmia.com.au.
